Insurance services are available online, with several payment options for your convenience: online card payments, web banking, or through Qiwi terminals, making policy purchases quick and easy.
According to Decision No. 13/3 dated March 24, 2020, by the National Financial Market Commission, RCA policies may be issued electronically, and upon payment of the insurance premium, the contract is considered concluded. The possession of a paper policy is no longer required if it has been paid for and received electronically.

Additionally, you may report insurance cases and open claim files remotely. If requesting compensation, you can opt for bank transfer by submitting the request via email with your bank details and claim file number.
For submitting original documents and claim examination, the Claims Department at Petru Rareș Street No. 77 will operate from 8:30 AM to 2:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
