What risks are covered by the professional liability insurance policy?
The contract is concluded to cover the following risks:
- Liability for material damages caused to third parties (the insured's clients) as a result of the insured committing a professional error.
- Court expenses of the insured person, provided that these expenses, together with the insurance compensation, do not exceed the insurance liability limit specified in the contract (the insured amount or part of it minus the deductible).
- Additional expenses of the insured person related to the preliminary clarification of circumstances concerning the event recognized as an insured case, as well as expenses incurred to reduce the damage caused by this event.
