In case one of the insured events occurs to the insured person while abroad, they should contact the assistance company’s representative in the country they are in at the following phone numbers:

In case, for certain reasons, the insured person (victim) has incurred any expenses abroad, previously coordinated with the Assistant or S.A. "MOLDASIG", to benefit from reimbursement of the incurred expenses, they must submit the following documents to the Insurer’s Office at the address: 77 Petru Rareș Street, 3rd floor.

the original insurance policy;
the identity document used abroad (passport);
documents confirming the fact, date, place, and circumstances of the insured event, indicating the diagnosis and all medical services provided;
the original invoice from the medical institution;
prescriptions for medications;
original payment receipts;
invoices for phone calls, etc.

Contract Type A – insurance of medical expenses;
Contract Type B – insurance of medical expenses, provision of emergency dental care up to 200 USD/EUR, and insurance of unforeseen transportation costs.
