Moldasig expresses its gratitude to the Government of the Republic of Moldova

The Insurance Company Moldasig S.A. welcomes the Decision of the Government of the Republic of Moldova No. 289 dated 14.05.2025, which expressed public interest in the acquisition of the Company’s shares for their subsequent sale.

This measure marks an essential step in consolidating Moldasig’s institutional and economic framework, ensuring the necessary conditions for the continuity of over 22 years of operations, financial stability, and enhanced public trust in the services provided.

At the same time, the company also welcomes the intention of a potential strategic investor to acquire Moldasig’s shares. Such an initiative will contribute to:

• Ensuring the company’s operational continuity;
• Strengthening the trust of partners, clients, and policyholders;
• Preserving and supporting jobs for more than 500 employees;
• Developing and stabilizing the national insurance market.
