Internal Audit

Responsibilities:

1. Assessing the adequacy and functionality of the internal control system and other elements of the governance system;
2. Auditing risk management strategies and rules at least once a year;
3. Reporting findings and recommendations to management;
4. Monitoring the implementation of actions set by management following the findings and recommendations transmitted;
5. Coordinating with the company’s audit entity on information regarding identified risks and actions taken.

Requirements:

1. University degree in economics or auditing;
2. At least 3 years of experience in performing audits, internal control functions, managing financial processes, performing controls, and/or preparing financial statements in entities within the financial sector (including at least 1 year of experience in insurance, as the head or deputy head of a division involved in such activities, and/or managerial experience);
3. Organized thinking, tact, and skill in working with people, perseverance, resilience to effort and stress, adaptability to new situations, the ability to quickly switch between different professional issues – very good development;
4. Ability to communicate verbally and in writing, capable of presenting findings, conclusions, and recommendations clearly and concisely;
5. Strong analytical and synthesis skills;
6. Knowledge of national legislation;
7. Advanced knowledge of Romanian and Russian (foreign language knowledge is an advantage);
8. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.;
9. Organized, communicative, responsible individual capable of working in a team.
